Moroccan Steak


Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • - 1 lb Beef Strip Steak (Trimmed of Visible Fat)
  • - 4 tsp Canola Oil
  • - Moroccan Spice Rub
  • - 2 tsp Pride of Szeged Sweet Paprika
  • - 2 tsp Cumin
  • - 1 tsp Pride of India Malabar Black Pepper
  • - ½ tsp Ground Coriander
  • - ½ tsp Cayenne
  • - 1 tsp Powdered Ginger
  • - ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • - 1 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
  • - 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • - 1 tsp Salt

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat grill to high. 

  2. Combine all ingredients except for steak and oil to make a spice rub.

  3. Lightly coat the steak with oil and cover both sides with spice rub.

  4. Place the Strip Steaks in the back of the grill and only turn once after 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
