- - 1 lb Beef Strip Steak (Trimmed of Visible Fat)
- - 4 tsp Canola Oil
- - Moroccan Spice Rub
- - 2 tsp Pride of Szeged Sweet Paprika
- - 2 tsp Cumin
- - 1 tsp Pride of India Malabar Black Pepper
- - ½ tsp Ground Coriander
- - ½ tsp Cayenne
- - 1 tsp Powdered Ginger
- - ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
- - 1 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
- - 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- - 1 tsp Salt
Pre-heat grill to high.
Combine all ingredients except for steak and oil to make a spice rub.
Lightly coat the steak with oil and cover both sides with spice rub.
Place the Strip Steaks in the back of the grill and only turn once after 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
